DOUBLE CHIP MACADAMIA COOKIES *
Servings: 54 servings

3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
2 eggs
12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup vanilla milk chips, -=or=-
2 1/4 cup flour
1 cup white chocolate, coarse chop
Directions: heat oven to 375. in large mixer bowl, combine sugars, butter, eggs and vanilla. beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed, about 2 minutes. add flour, baking soda and salt. continue beating, scraping often, until well mixed, 1-2 minutes. by hand, stir in nuts, chocolate chips and vanilla chips. drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2" apart, onto greased cookie sheets. bake for 9-12 minutes, or until lightly browned. cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheets.
